Do you offer phone support?

No, we do not offer phone support. Because of the nature of our business, we only offer support via email. This allows us to resolve issues more efficiently, as it is much quicker to have someone copy and paste their PayPal or ClickAndBuy transaction id, along with their character ID number, to receive assistance with an issue.
