If you have no signup email, a fake signup email or no longer have access to your signup email, and you need to gain access to your account, here is what you must do.
-If you have no signup email, this means you were affected by our previous policy that did not allow us to accept an email address from a player younger than 13 years old. Our current policy is if you are under 13 years old, you are welcome to provide us with your Parent's email address if you have a free account. If you have an upgraded account, we can add the email used to purchase your upgrade to the account.
-If you have a fake signup email or no longer have access to your signup email, you will have to verify ownership of the account for us to update your email. It is best to always give us a real email and confirm your email when creating a new account so you can verify account ownership. If you do not have access to your signup email, please first try and contact your email provider to regain access. If you are unsuccessful, then we will have to verify ownership. If you have a free account, you will have to verify the birthdate on your account. If you gave us an incorrect or fake birthdate, the only other option we have is to try and do an IP address match, although this doesn't always work. If you can identify your location (city/state or city/country) when you created the account, we may be able to use that to verify. If your are under 13 years old, we can add your Parent's email. If you have a paid account, we add the upgrade email to your account.
Please contact us or have your Parents contact us via our Account Recovery Help Page:
